2. The driving power required is different: SPB type triangular belt belongs to narrow triangular belt, while B type triangular belt belongs to ordinary triangular belt. Because the power driven by different cross-sectional areas is different, while the cross-sectional area of ordinary triangular belt is large, and the driving power required is much greater than that of narrow V belt.
3. The applicable machinery is different: SPB V-belt is a narrow V-belt, which is suitable for industrial machinery with high speed and high transmission power, and b-belt is suitable for low-speed transmission.
The tightness of the V-belt must be checked and adjusted regularly to make it meet the requirements. Too loose V-belt is not only easy to slip, but also increases the wear of V-belt, and even cannot transmit power; If it is too tight, the V-belt will not only be stretched, deformed and easily damaged, but also cause the main bearing and clutch bearing of the engine to be excessively stressed, which will accelerate the wear of the V-belt. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2kg in the middle of each tape by hand. The amount of subsidence should be 20-30mm. If it is not appropriate, it should be adjusted in time.
